Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have been a Personal Trainer for over 8 years and my passion within the fitness industry has led me to achieve a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise. I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Conditioner and my interest in research has also helped me achieve a Masters degree. I created jwhealthfitness.com as a place where people can invest in their fitness and can feel assured that results will follow.
